Shipping Policy
Processing times, packaging, tracked USPS Priority Mail delivery, and how shipping issues are handled.
Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time on a business day are typically dispatched within one to two business days. You will receive tracking information by email on dispatch.
Packaging
Materials are shipped in insulated, cushioned packaging appropriate to the product's storage requirements. Lyophilized materials are stable during standard transit times.
Carrier and tracking
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or your shipment appears lost in transit, contact us through our Contact page so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
