Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, unopened and factory-sealed products may be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so the return can be identified and reviewed.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or your shipment appears lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
